For this Breadfruit Stew you'll need..
1 large breadfruit
2 tablespoon olive oil
1 medium onion
6-8 cloves garlic
3/4 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon sea salt (adjust)
1 stalk celery
2 tablespoon Caribbean Green seasoning
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon curry powder
2 cups coconut milk
6 cups veg stock
1 lb pumpkin
2 medium sweet potatoes
1 large carrot
1 scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
2 cups water (adjust)
2 pimento (seasoning) peppers
6-10 okra
Jamaican Callaloo (any spinach)
