Started 7th, finished 6th. Quite a few incidents in this race, I made a decent start for a change but got squeezed out at the inner apex of turn 1 (inevitable contact otherwise) which lost me 4 or 5 places, I then made up a few places over the next few laps. I was chasing Oliver Smith and James De Lusignan toward the end, and managed to get by just before the end, however Ben Winrow's failing car on the racing line at the exit of the final corner left us having to take desperate avoiding action.
A subsequent red flag between corners 3 and 4 on the next lap (with rear end contact as we slowed) ended the race, so a count back to the last lap left me classified in 6th place, even though the footage clearly shows me ahead of Oliver (who was given 5th) as we crossed the start-finish line.......
Good fun though, and bagged fastest lap.......
