SCIENCE BEHIND "NO POO" HAIR CLEANSING - BAKING SODA + VINEGAR/ ACV | Lucy's Corsetry

Описание: After so many requests to cover the science behind the "no poo" or "no shampoo" method of cleaning, I'm finally going over the chemical reactions that create the cleansing power behind baking soda (sodium bicarbonate) and explaining how vinegar (acetic acid) can seal the hair and help it retain moisture and shine.

Disclaimer: Please note that although I have knowledge in organic chemistry, I haven't tried the baking soda/ vinegar (aka the BS/ACV) method of hair cleansing - so I can't exactly endorse it. Results may vary - some people seem to do swimmingly with it, while others find that their hair becomes a combination of crispy and oily. There are MANY other people on Youtube who do describe exactly how they use the baking soda wash/ vinegar rinse, and I recommend doing as much research as you can before trying it for yourself. If you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or concerns, please consult your dermatologist or general physician before trying any new product.
