Australis Engineering designed and manufactured an automated carton conveyor system including aluminium profile belt conveyors, powered roller conveyors, a continuous platform elevator, modular belt conveyor with a tight radius curve.
The system allows the clients cartons to be transported at an elevated height of 4 metres from the production area to a separate palletising area - a distance of over 130 metres at height.
The system is fully PLC controlled and features two (2) HMI touch screens, one in the production area and one in the palletising area to allow operators full control and overview of the system.
