Ingredients For Roasted Beets Recipe:
2 Large beets cubed to desired size
6 Garlic cloves roughly chopped
7 mini onions cut in half or 1 large onion cubed (I would double)
Olive oil to generously coat
1 Tsp. Dried Oregano
1 1/2 Tsp Dried Basil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Cook beets at 375 degrees for 45 minutes covered in foil, then remove foil and cook another 30 minutes.
