Описание: The 2022 Indian Premier League, also known as IPL 15 and branded as Tata Indian Premier League 2022. It is a professional T20 cricket league established by the BCCI in 2007.

The tournament is being played from 26th March 2022 and is to be concluded with the final on 29th May 2022. The group stage of the tournament was played entirely in Mumbai and Pune. The full schedule of the tournament was announced on 6 March 2022.

The season saw the expansion of the league, with the addition of two new franchises. They are Gujarat Titans and Lucknow Super Giants. Therefore, this was the second season to have ten teams, after the 2011 tournament. Chennai Super Kings were the defending champions, having won their fourth title during the previous season.

But, the final match has been played between Rajasthan Royals and Gujarat Titans. Gujarat Titans won by 7 wickets against Rajasthan Royals in the final match of IPL 2022. It’s the first time championship for the Gujarat Titans.
