Video content is growing as a primary vehicle to receive information - ranging from TikTok recipes and 24/7 streaming news channels all the way to delivering high quality legal information to clients and legal staff. While becoming more commonplace, video production costs, constant maintenance, and increased access to LEP populations remain as barriers to widespread use. The use of generative AI tools including text-to-speech, language dubbing, visual avatars, and other offerings is changing the landscape of information delivery. While the expanded access to legal information represents the breaking of barriers, important ethical and professional considerations must be measured to ensure that using these AI technologies will not only aid in bridging the justice gap but are delivering quality material to its users.
