Went out earlier today to find a house clearance a few doors up, chatting to the guys and the house had been unoccupied since beginning of the year as the owner had gone into a care home and they had been instructed to clear the house out, so they were emptying the house and loading it all into the back of a bin lorry and crushing it all,
Sad in a way watching someone's entire house contents simply going into the back of a bin lorry and all being crushed up but that's what needed to be done and guess the same for most of us when we are gone that most of our stuff is simply going off to the dump. I remember clearing my parents house after they passed away and feeling sad seeing a full skip at the end of it and it taken away and off to the dump.
This was just a small selection as they had already done one round and had to go and empty the lorry before starting again.
Even got to do something I always wanted to do as a kid and operate the bin lorry :)
