Summary and Observations:

Throughout the surveillance period, the three subjects maintained an aura of normalcy. Limited interactions with acquaintances have been noted, but nothing out of the ordinary. Despite this, alternate reports¹ point to sustained activity in the name of the patriarch. The three subjects ostensibly referred to as FERRARI TWO², have been designated with the following monikers: hermit, SHELL, and QaphQa. Little is known of hermit or SHELL before their appearances during the 2.21 affair³ but QaphQa bears a striking resemblance to [REDACTED] last seen in public 14 years ago shortly before the [REDACTED]. If true, this not only complicates surveillance, but may increase tension with [REDACTED].
Still, if I were to offer my own conclusion something big is coming. Ferrari Two would not reveal itself this publicly, if it weren't the prelude to something bigger. Exercise extreme caution when approaching each individual member, and if spotted, follow procedure. The requisition begins soon, and nothing will delay it, not even the untimely reappearance of Enzo’s bastards.

² The irony isn't lost on me. Despite his physical death, Enzo still haunts us, this time through his bastards. It's unclear who divulged their identities to them.
³ Detailed reports have been written about this event, that won't be repeated here. The only aspect worth noting: Enzo's hospice nurse noted that he would often repeat the numbers, during brief cognizant periods, repeating the phrase "as winter dies, jazz yearns freedom"
