To make the D.I.Y Skin Hydrating Makeup Remover Wipes you'll need;
2-3 tsp coconut oil
2-3 tsp baby shampoo
5-8 tsp distilled/tap water
Cosmetic Cotton pads
Clean container to store your wipes
Directions;
Put the coconut oil,baby shampoo&water into a clean container
Mix them well(you can heat the mixture in a microwave/double boil)
Add the cotton pads into the mixture &let them soak in..and your wipes are ready!
PS: Ensure the wipes are not dripping wet for easy use.
