This isn’t about forcing positivity or “fixing” yourself — it’s simply about acknowledging how you feel, being kind to yourself, and taking small, gentle steps to feel a little more grounded again.
I also want to say clearly that seeking support is always okay. Therapy and professional help can be incredibly helpful, and this video isn’t meant to replace that in any way 🤍 We can hold space for our own feelings while also recognising that the world is a heavy place — both things can exist at once.
