Some good old Donkey Kong Country 2 this time! 🍌

Ever since I finished Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, I've been feeling burnt out and exhausted from playing massive current-gen games that take hundreds of hours to complete and been going back to simpler times playing good old retro games (Finished EarthBound last night!). Anyway, the point is... Going back to playing older games put me in the mood to cover some nostalgia inducing SNES music so I decided to revisit DKC2!

Oddly enough, I never covered Snakey Chantey even though it's one of my favorite Donkey Kong track. Well... technically I did but you'd have to be a hardcore fan of the channel to remember that. I covered a short part of it in my "Rare Replay: A Rock Tribute to the History of Rare Ltd." video from 2015. Even I forgot about it until this week...

I went all in with this arrangement to try to keep this short song fun and interesting for nearly three minutes. I think you'll like it! I hope so at least.
