Описание: I wrote this song with my friend, Billy Smith. A number of people assumed that it was based upon the life of the late Roy Lee Centers, but that's not true. It could have been based upon nearly anyone, including ourselves. We chose the name Roy Lee because it sounded like a good ole country name. My old friend, Bob Minner, is playing slide guitar on this recording. We couldn't find a slide that day so I believe we used a butter knife. That's why it sounds a little out of tune with the vocals. We didn't tune instruments and vocals then.
