In this video, I am sharing an easy method of tikka biryani. I hope you would love to try this recipe.

Chicken 800 g
red and orange food color 1/2 tsp
salt 1 tbsp
crushed chili 1/2 tbsp
chili powder 1 tbsp
kashmiri mirch 1/2 tbsp
zeera powder 1 tsp
coriander powder 1,1/2 tsp
garam masala 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/4 tsp teaspoon
papaya paste optional 1 tbsp
ginger paste 1 tbsp table spoon
garlic paste 1 tbsp
yogurt 50 g
lemon juice 2 tbsp
oil 4 tbsp

rice 600 g 2.5 glasses
bay leaf 1
peppercorn 5 to 6
cloves 3
cumin jeera 1 tsp
cardamon bari elaichi 1
cinnamon 1 stick
salt 3 tbsp
star anise 1/2 piece
oil
milk optional 1/2 cup add at last before dum

Note
cook rice 75 %
cook chicken for 20 to 25 min
