ବିଶିଷ୍ଟ ଘୋଡ଼ାନାଚ କଳାକାର ଉତ୍ସବ ଚରଣ ଦାସଙ୍କ ପରଲୋକ । ଅସୁସ୍ଥତା କାରଣରୁ ଚୌଦ୍ୱାରର ଘରୋଇ ହସ୍ପିଟାଲରେ ପରଲୋକ । ୮୦ବର୍ଷ ବୟସରେ ଆଜି ଭୋର୍ ୫ଟାରେ ଆଖି ବୁଜିଲେ । କଳା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଅବଦାନ ପାଇଁ ୨୦୨୧ରେ ପଦ୍ମଶ୍ରୀରେ ସମ୍ମାନିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ ।

Renowned Ghoda Nacha artist and Padma Shri awardee Utsab Charan Das passed away at the age of 80. He breathed his last at around 5 AM while undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Choudwar following illness.

Utsab Charan Das was widely respected for his immense contribution to the traditional Ghoda Nacha folk art form. In recognition of his service to the cultural field, he was honoured with the Padma Shri in 2021.
