Replaced the core material and some fiberglass in a friends fish box hatch from his 232b mako the hatch delaminated from the core and caused a soft spot that started to cause some spider cracks on the top side so we opened it up and repaired it
Materials
polyester resin
mixed with mekp hardener at 12cc per quart of resin
divinycell core material 4lb density
1708 glass and 8oz chop strand
chip brushes 3" (the cheap ones)
mixing buckets
mixing sticks
