CN GP9RM 4131 Leads CN L554! June/July, 2025

Описание: In June/July 2025, CN GP9RM was making its rounds on the Oakville-Aldershot local, also known as CN L554. I was able to catch it leading quite a few times in those few weeks, and here is a collection of all the catches in one video. 554 originates from the CN Oakville yard, and turns back east at the CN Aldershot yard in Burlington, Ontario. Occasionally it works at the Ashgrove cement plant in Mississauga, Ontario, the sand hoppers facility in Bronte, and American Iron & Metal (AIM) Scrap metal facility near Appleby.

554 backs into Oakville yard where it will work for about an hour before heading west. I didn't have time to stick around for it's departure on this day.

554 departs Oakville with some loaded gondolas up front for Appleby. Lots of smoke from 4131 as it climbs the grade.

After working Appleby, I chased the train down to Burlington GO. It didn't have clearance past Burlington Junction and was stopped for a while so I only got the power and a few cars.
