Описание: In this opening session, Dr. Ralph Rittenhouse, president and co-founder of Global Discipleship Initiative (GDI), introduces viewers to the biblical model of disciplemaking and how it differs from traditional discipleship. Drawing on 32 years as a senior pastor in Southern California and 16 years of training church leaders worldwide, Dr. Rittenhouse shares his personal journey from building a thriving but spiritually shallow congregation to discovering the transformative, multiplication-based approach to making disciples that Jesus Himself modeled.

Dr. Rittenhouse explains the critical distinction between discipleship (personal spiritual growth) and disciplemaking (equipping others to grow and replicate that process), and makes a compelling case using the math of exponential multiplication for why investing deeply in a small number of people is more impactful than large-scale evangelism alone.

This is the first session in a multi-part training series offered through the Full Bright Global Tower Network (FGTN), designed to equip pastors, church leaders, and believers to make reproducing disciples as Jesus commanded in the Great Commission (Matthew 28:18–20).
