Ingredients:
3/4 cup dahi.
1 cup soaked,sprouted boiled kala chana.
1 tsp green chilli ginger paste.
A pinch hing.
Sukhi sabut lal mirch.
1 tbsp besan
A pinch of haldi powder.
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp red chilly powder.
1 tsp dhania powder.
1-2 tbsp oil.
Salt to taste.
Chopped hara dhania for garnishing.
Method:
In a cooker add oil & let it heat.
Now add cumin seeds, hing, green chilli, ginger paste, kala chana, turmeric powder, salt, coriander powder, red chilli powder & water.
Mix well and cook for 2-3 whistle.
In a bowl add curd, besan water 7 mix it well. Add this mixture into the cooked chana & mix it well. Now add kasuri methi. Give it a mix and serve it with chapati or rice.
