Multiple reasons why I'm here: I love asmr, I have a lot of triggers to work with because I have so many decorations around my room, I believe (and theres proven research) that asmr helps with depression, reduces anxiety and stress, as well as helps insomnia. I want to help others become more present and grounded with the sound healing of asmr as well as tie a lot of personal attention videos with coaching sessions, spiritual energy cleansings, and hopefully teach and inspire along the way.
