This is the kickoff for my 2018 Chevy Silverado prerunner build.
In this first video, we needed to weld a cart to the truck since it is already cut in half, and transport to the shop to begin the next major phase of the build: installing an Izzy Fab cab cage and Izzy Fab backhalf with 4 link suspension.
Up front is already installed, we are running an LSK Race Kit with 10” 2.5 King Coilovers and 10” 3.0 King Triple Bypasses.
This build is focused on doing things the right way, with high quality parts and a setup that’ll perform. I’ll be documenting the rest of this entire process down to final assembly, sharing progress updates, challenges, and lessons learned along the way.
