Double Disc Grinding Knife Blades

Описание: This video showcases one of C & B Machinery's Swing Arm Double Disc Grinding Machines. We designed and manufactured tooling for two different knife blades to show the flexibility of this style of machine. Also the capability of grinding multiple knife blades in one grinding cycle. This machine has an automatic plunge grind cycle and auto-dress capabilities. The larger knife blade material was 420HC stainless and the smaller knife blades was S30V stainless steel.
