Today Tim reviews Coppola Sofia Blanc de Blanc Sparkling wine from California. Blanc to Blanc is a blend of three different white grapes. Yeast and bread nose on it with a little tropical fruit. On the palate we have a little bit of apple and pear with hints of pineapple and a slight yeast flavor. Finishes with a little acidity for a nice crisp finish. Cheers!
