前回、小雨の中で初めて見た2万平方メートルの土地。
景色に心を奪われ、前払い金を支払い、購入を決意しました。

今日はその土地を、晴れた日に改めて見に行きます。
ゆるやかな傾斜、道に面した平地、草木が深く茂る奥のエリア。
まだ全貌は見えませんが、歩くたびに「ここで家族の未来を作りたい」と思えてきます。

電気や水の確保、整地、建物の準備……
やることは山ほどあります。

そして、土地の代金だけで 8億キープ。
もしかすると、これからさらに借金もしなければならないかもしれません。
それでも、この土地にかけてみたいという気持ちは揺らぎません。
未来の農園を思い描くと、不思議と心は前を向きます。

慎ましいラオス暮らしの中で、家族の小さな農園という夢に向かって歩む記録です。

The first time we saw this 20,000 m² land, it was a rainy day.
Despite the weather, the view captured our hearts, and we decided to pay the deposit to reserve it.

The land itself costs 800 million kip,
and we may even need to take out additional loans to complete the purchase.
Still, something in us wants to take this step forward.

Today, we return on a sunny day to see the land again.
A long gentle slope, a flat area along the road, and dense vegetation in the back.
We still can’t see the entire landscape, but as we walk, we feel more certain:
“This is where our family’s future can begin.”

Leveling the ground, bringing electricity and water, building rest areas and storage…
There is so much work ahead.
But imagining the future farm gives us hope and strength.
