From Co-Sleeping to Crib: My Baby Sleep Journey (Contact Naps & Sleep Training)

I few things I forgot to add that are important to mention are:
My son never took a bottle
Never took a pacifier
I would try to roll away form him after he nursed to sleep and it never worked, he would always wake up. I mention this because my SIL would be able to roll away from her breastfed baby and he would stay asleep for hours 🥲
I put the air purifier and sound machine (linked down below) on for his naps and nighttime sleep

Gentle Sleep training methods I've heard of:
The Ferber Method
Taking Cara Babies
(I think my version of what I did was a mix of these two, not entirely sure because I never fully studied the methods, just from what I saw on social media, etc. I mostly trusted my instincts and went with the flow for our sleep training)

9 Months Old
