Super Soft & Juicy Chicken Roll👌
Craving something crispy outside and creamy Inside? Try this easy chicken roll recipe that's perfect for your snack cravings!
Filling Prep:
Use boneless chicken (I used breast, but any boneless cut works).
Cut into cubes and marinate with:
1 tsp chilli powder
½ tsp garam masala
¼ tsp turmeric
1 tsp vinegar
Salt to taste
Let it rest for 10 mins.
Cook the Chicken:
In a pan, heat 1 tbsp ghee + 1 tsp coconut oil.
Cook marinated chicken until fully done.
Let it cool, then shred using hands or a fork.
Final Filling:
In the same pan, add 1 tbsp coconut oil.
Sauté:
1 chopped garlic
2 chaupad Ginger
3 chopped onion
4 Chopped Capsicum
Sauté till golden brown.
Add : chilli powder 1tspn
Turmeric powder ½tspn
Chicken masala 1 tspn
Black pepper powder
Add shredded chicken back in + dash of vinegar, cheese &soy sauce & ketchup.
Roast for 5 mins. Filling ready!
Roll it Up:
Take sandwich bread, flatten with a rolling pin.
Add 1 slice of cheese + chicken filling.
Roll tightly, seal edges with water.
Optional: Add more filling if needed.
Egg wash + coat in breadcrumbs + deep/shallow fry till golden.
