Jubilee Party internal conflict escalates

Описание: The ongoing row in the Jubilee party has escalated after a rebel faction led by EALA MP Kanini Kega expelled Vice Chair David Murathe and Secretary General Jeremiah Kioni, over alleged gross misconduct. The Kanini Kega-led faction also announced that the National Delegates Conference called by former President Uhuru Kenyatta is suspended following a report by the party’s internal disputes resolution committee. Secretary-General Jeremiah Kioni however maintains the National Delegates Conference will proceed as planned.
