The Sisters of Mary (Irmãs de María) have a mission : to serve the POOR among THE POOREST in developing countries.
With 60 years of experience, these women begin their mission by exploring the most remote or poorest areas. They detect the children who will be willing to study among those who suffer the most. This large-scale humanitarian work opens its arms to children of all religions and cultures.
With infinite patience, they mend the hearts of each of these young people. With the consent of the families, they give them the opportunity to attend FREE, high-quality academic, artistic and sports programs, as well as vocational training tailored to the needs of the countries.
Through their actions and testimonies, this film depicts the absolute devotion of these sincere women. Despite the many obstacles they must overcome, they demonstrate tireless determination.
