I’m trying out Recluse, the Witch class that focuses heavily on magic attacks and honestly looks insanely cool. The only problem… I am not good at magic

Most of this run is me learning Recluse on the fly — figuring out spell timing, FP management, and how to not completely run dry in the middle of fights. A lot of trial, a lot of mistakes, and a lot of panic casting while enemies are sprinting at me.

Meanwhile, Olivia stays loyal to her one true love and continues playing Duchess, zooming around fights while I’m standing there doing wizard math. Things get rough, runs start going downhill, and eventually Olivia decides it’s time to call in backup.

Enter Player, joining us as a Raider to help stabilize the chaos. Because of this, the next few Nightreign videos will all feature Player running Raider as we push forward and try to survive longer runs.
