Othello Tunnels Before & After the Floods

Описание: Othello Tunnels in Coquihalla Canyon Provincial Park.
Found in Hope, British Columbia, Canada the Othello Tunnels are train tunnels that are over 100 years old and part of the Kettle Valley Railway. They have been converted into a smooth walking path. Along the way take in the pacific rain forest and the stunning Coquihalla River. The walk is a flat easy walk for people with disabilities and is 3.5 km return.
In November 2021 disaster strikes this region. After a series of atmospheric rivers the park was severely effected by flooding. There was damage to the tunnels and the path. We are hopeful this will be fixed and open again to visitors.
