UPDATE: As suspected, a couple of "snags" were not caused by the product but were due to user error. The two issues with the 'earn points' text not showing and the points displayed on the product pages were both because we had no relevant 'ways to earn' enabled in the settings. The vendor is looking into making ways to enhance the experience.
