Monte is crafted exclusively from LGW Gold-certified full-grain cowhide,
tanned using the vegetable (vejetal) tanning method at Sepici, one of Turkey’s most renowned tanneries.
This chemical-free, natural process allows the leather to develop a personal patina over time,
gaining character as it accompanies you through life.
Each Monte is precisely prepared using 3.85 mm French-style punches,
pierced individually through both sides of the leather for perfect alignment.
It is then hand-stitched using the traditional saddle stitch technique with Japanese waxed polyester thread —
a choice that ensures not just beauty, but lifetime durability.
