This video shows how and when to perform QC on the urinalysis analyzer. Also explained are each chemical component measured on the reagent dipstick.
Make sure to watch how the strip is dipped into the liquid and the excess is allowed to run off the side of the strip using the lip of the tube. The dipping procedure should be done the same way for patient specimens.
