iPCI Imaging Club – Session 1 (February 2026)
In this first session of the iPCI Imaging Club, Dr. Joost Daemen, MD, PhD and Georgios Alexandridis, MD present and discuss an IVUS-guided PCI case, focusing on practical decision-making in everyday interventional cardiology.
The discussion covers:
• Pre-PCI angiographic and IVUS assessment
• Lesion morphology and vessel sizing
• Strategy selection and lesion preparation
• Stent implantation and optimization
• Post-PCI IVUS evaluation
The iPCI Imaging Club is a monthly educational meeting designed to promote interactive learning through real-world cases, strengthen familiarity with OCT and IVUS, and enhance decision-making in complex PCI.
