Описание: This presentation draws on my published research in the Australasian Journal of Gifted Education, exploring the factors that motivate teachers to differentiate curriculum for gifted learners. It examines both the barriers and enablers identified in the study, highlighting how teacher beliefs, self-efficacy, and contextual factors influence differentiated practice. As an international speaker who presented this research at the Asia Pacific Federation of Giftedness and the European Council of High Ability Conference (2024), I am keen to share how these findings can inform professional learning and enhance teacher motivation to meet the needs of high-ability students.
