Dedicated to Deputy Sheriff Ryan Hendrix, who was shot while on duty in September 2020. Even in passing, Ryan was a hero, having his organs donated so that others could survive.
Tough workout that catches up very quick. Thought 15 would be possible but the grip and lungs catch up to you faster than imagined. Didn’t even go sub 16. Terrible dubs, but mostly because of trying to fit in too much equipment into a tight space, causing trip ups. Although light, the amount of snatches is nothing to ignore. Did something I usually don’t in workouts and went from above head to ground in one go (starting in round 2) feeling like it would save the grip or at least limit the time under tension for my forearms. Finally, the row was hard to push, wanted sub two each round but believe I went 2:10 on the first two and just under two on the last one. Give this one a go!
