The Post Graduate Diploma in Management (Business Management) is an
AICTE approved 2-years fully residential programme with a focus on defence industries, for the students including executives aspiring to make/advance their career in the field of management.
PGDM(BM) course intends to provide both theoretical and practical learning in diverse areas of management. The curriculum of this course is designed to build the capacity of students/executives in all functional areas of management by inculcating/developing their managerial skills. Moreover, a special focus on Defence Management topics has been given in the curriculum to have a better appreciation of specific needs of defence sector.
Leveraging on the vast and rich experience of over 40 years of imparting training in the area of defence technology and management, NADP has started this PGDM(BM) course to create a pool of highly skilled managers to take the Indian defence industry to a new height and make ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ in defence production.

Target Group:
• Graduates keen on developing career in Business Management in the emerging field of Defence Production as well as in other areas of operation including executives from private as well as non-profit organisation.
• Service officers from Indian Armed Forces
• Officers of Central/State Govt. departments and PSUs.
Eligibility:
• Qualification
Minimum 3 years Bachelor’s degree in any stream with at least 50% marks for general candidates and 45% for reserved category candidates.

• Eligibility for sponsored candidates
Service officers from Indian Armed Forces, Officers of
Central/State Govt. departments/ PSUs and executives from
Private sector are required to have qualification mentioned
above and minimum five years of experience.
Program Fee:
• Course Fee : Rs. 7,00,000/- ( for 4 semesters) in 4 installments
• Hostel Fees (Optional) : Rs. 2.5Lakhs approx. including Food ( for
4 semesters) in 4 installments
• In addition to above, following additional charges will be
applicable:
➢ Application fee (one time): Rs. 100/-
➢ Admission fee (one time): Rs. 10000/-
➢ Medical facility for first-aid, library, examination, IT, sports and
fitness center etc. (one time) : Rs. 15000/- Approx.
➢ Caution money (Refundable): Rs. 25000/-

National Academy of Defence Production (NADP)
is a premier training institute of Munitions India
Limited under Department of Defence Production,
Ministry of Defence. NADP has been providing
induction and in-service training to the officers of
Indian Ordnance Factory Service in the field of
defence technology and management for over
the past 40 years.
Earlier this Academy has been part of the erstwhile Ordnance
Factory Board (OFB) which was engaged in defence production for
more than 200 years. NADP is also one of the Central Training
Institute (CTI) recognized by Department of Personnel & Training
(DOP&T), Govt. of India.

is committed to the philosophy of ‘Excellence through Learning’.
