House Flip Progress: Hail Damage, Inspection Issues, and Vinyl Siding Sucks

This flip is under contract to sell and we just got the inspection objection on the home. The buyers want us to replace the roof, fix some siding and replace a garage door panel, which really is not too bad as we knew the roof may need to be replaced. Our roofer said the roof was decent but some inspectors may call it out.
I just sold another house in this neighborhood that was my first rental and it had hail damage as well. Both houses have vinyl siding that would be fine if it was not vinyl!
We are trying to figure out what to do with the inspection now but we should be able to work it out just fine.
