Come study with me in our quiet library! This is one of my favorite places to study. The room puts me in "instant focus" mode. Pair that with some candles, and productivity is inevitable!
Here's a wild idea. It's possible to rest as you work... what do you think about that? Does work, whether it be in study, at your job, or in the yard, have to wear us out? Maybe work tires us in some ways, but refuels us in others. Let me know what you think in the comments!
Get yourself settled down to work, and get ready to enjoy nature sounds, lofi music, and a whole lot of productivity!
If you've never heard of it, the Pomodoro method balances work and rest by setting scheduled times to rest—in this case, we work for 25 minutes, and then rest for 5 minutes. It really helps your brain stay focused without getting overwhelmed or overworked.
The bell sounds and the timer will let you know when to work and when to sit back and relax!
A little patience and a little hard work can go a long way! I am so excited that you are joining me on this journey.
