Winemaker Robert Foley discusses the Terroir, Vinification, Flavor Profile, and Cellar-ability of his 2010 Claret -- a return to a true Claret blend: 80% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, and 3% Petit Verdot (even though he says 19% and 1% in this video -- it was late and he was a bit tipsy after sampling all the wine for the videos).
