Easy HUMMUS from Bulk Dry Chickpeas, No Tahini, Instant Pot Hummus

Описание: Today we are making one of our favorite summer time snacks! Homemade hummus with crackers and veggies!

To Cook Dry Chickpeas in Instant Pot:
Add 1 cup of dried chickpeas and 4 cups of water to the instant pot. Cook on Manual for 40 minutes. Let them sit for 10 minutes afterwards before releasing the pressure. Drain.

Easy Hummus:
1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
2 tbsp oil
1/4 cup lemon or lime juice
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 clove garlic
1/2 tsp cumin
2-3 tbsp cold water
salt to taste

Add all ingredients (except the water) to food processor and blend well. Add 2-3 tbsp cold water while blending to make the hummus fluffy. Add salt as desired.
