Welcome to can you beat pokemon ruby plus plus with no new moves i saw mahdrybread do this challenge in pokemon red where he beat the entire game without learning any new moves and i though that was very interesting so i wanted to do this myself. But not in a main series game since those are a bit too easy so i looked for good pokemon ruby rom hacks and i found pokemon ruby plus plus it's just the normal ruby but with an increased level difficulty and also some new pokemon implemented into the game. So this will be very interesting.
