Описание: Can a high-fat diet make you fat? If you’ve done a little research or self-experimenting, you have probably read or noticed that a diet that is moderate or high in fat, while also low in carbohydrates, can work well for weight loss in addition to improving other conditions.

Recent concerns have been raised, however, that higher fat diets may lead to something called endotoxemia. Endotoxemia is what happens when a compound known as LPS (a component of bacterial cell membranes) leaks from the gut into the blood stream. This can cause inflammation and insulin resistance.
