In #Yoga the three bandhas are performed to bind the energy in order to control the passageway of your #Prana, your life force. Bandha is the Sanskrit word for ‘Lock’.
If there would be a control at the passage, you would know what goes in and out.
When you leave home you lock the door, so nobody comes messing around.
Locks need to be opened from time to time. For that you need keys. Do you?
Banda’s are not easy to perform. Do not be in a hurry.
It can take years before it will be a comfortable part of your practice.
Everything is not for everybody!
