Dry body brushing can help exfoliate, soften and smooth your skin but it is also the perfect way to practice self-care and show your body a little bit of love. Here’s how:

Step 1: Start by using The Body Shop’s Round Body Brush in upward motions from the sole of your feet up towards your hips, then switch to circular motions on your stomach.

Step 2: Next, it’s time to get in the shower and lather up with the Shea Shower Cream, taking the time to really massage it into your body and breathe in the relaxing scent to give yourself a minute to unwind.

Step 3: As a finishing touch, massage in the fast-absorbing Almond Milk Body Yoghurt or Shea Nourishing Body Butter to nourish and care for your skin.
