Ingredients:
4 boiled potatoes (mashed)
1 medium onion (finely chopped)
2 tablespoons coriander leaves (chopped)
2 tablespoons spring onion (chopped)
1-2 green chilies (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
Bread slices (edges removed)
Oil for deep frying
Recipe:
Mash the boiled potatoes in a bowl.Add chopped onion, green chili, coriander, spring onion, chaat masala, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.Shape the mixture into small round balls.Cut the edges of bread slices and wet them slightly with water.Place one potato ball in the center and roll tightly into a cylindrical shape.Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the rolls on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
