📒Garlic Shrimp Pizza Recipe📒
Looking for the best shrimp pizza recipe at home? Wondering what goes well with shrimp on pizza? In this video from Food Talks, you will learn a delicious garlic shrimp pizza recipe with white parsley sauce. We bake all our pizzas in the Roccbox pizza oven by Gozney, but if you don't have a pizza oven, you can achieve great results in the conventional oven.

Instructions for conventional oven:
Preheat a pizza stone/steel for 30-40 minutes at the max temperature your oven can reach. Then bake the garlic shrimp pizza on the pizza stone for about 5 minutes, or until the dough is cooked through and has a nice brown color, and the cheese is melted.


Ingredients:
(Shrimp flatbread pizza sauce recipe)
Handful fresh parsley, chopped finely
2 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tbs extra virgin olive oil

220g pizza dough ball at room temperature (How To Make Pizza Dough➡️   • Poolish Pizza Dough | Authentic Recipe For...  )
Cooked shrimps (drained if defrosted)
Semolina (for stretching the pizza dough)
Parmesan
Good quality mozzarella cheese (made for pizza ideally)
Sea salt


Instructions:
1. Take your pizza dough out of the fridge at least 2 hours before baking the pizza to bring it to room temperature.
2. Start your pizza oven or conventional oven 30 minutes before baking.
3. In a bowl, mix parsley, garlic and olive oil. Set aside.
4. Let the dough ball fall in the semolina and transfer it to your working surface.
5. Flatten the pizza dough ball with your hands, pushing the air towards the edges. Lift the pizza dough and use gravity to stretch it by rotating the dough in your hands, as if you were turning a car stirring.
6. Pop any air bubbles as they will burn in the oven.
7. Thinly spread the garlic mixture on the flatten pizza dough.
8. Add a bit of parmesan, and spread the shrimps and the mozzarella cheese.
9. Confidently slide the pizza peel under the pizza dough and launch it into your oven. Cook at full flame for about 90 seconds.
10. Your cheesy garlic bread pizza is ready!
