India's second Scorpene class attack submarine INS Khanderi was commissioned in to Indian Navy last week. INS Khanderi is a conventional diesel electric submarine and has enhanced stealth with a unique design which makes it difficult to be detected by the enemies. It is equipped with advanced Exocet SM39 anti ship missiles along with surface and underwater torpedoes .
