If you're at all looking to improve your singing, you've likely pressured yourself to 'get in your practice'...
Set time aside, make sure you do your vocal exercises, put in your time, work hard and do what you 'should'. Make sure you get that really hard thing down before your finish your session too!!
There are a lot of problems with kind of mindset when it comes to practicing vocals and it's NOT AT ALL how any of your vocal inspirations practice or practiced!
It puts too much focus on NEEDING to DO something instead of being free to experience and explore.
...And it puts too much pressure on you to make sure you're practicing the right things. Finally, it can be daunting to have try and fit a practice session into your already busy schedule.
