As requested on Reddit, here's a video of how to beat the Fire Dragon.
In my opinion, the Fire Dragon is the easiest of the 4.
He's not immune to physical or magic, and his AoE attack doesn't really kill anything as long as you make sure to minimize damage taken that turn (i.e. kill targets or use Bozel sleep / Bernhardt stun).

Improvements:
When attacking fire dragon, moving Bernhardt in 1st (to apply -8% ATK and DEF) would of let me do more damage!
The Thunder Dragon strategy with Almeda for debuffs at 4 range away (guarded by tank) would work too.
really should of left Leon beside the fire dragon to counterattack and kill it on the turn he died, or offered "bait" (a healer) to be the target instead of Leon!
